Doctors who follow the Hippocratic oath pledge that they “will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan; and similarly, I will not give a woman a pessary to cause an abortion.” Making an “effective referral” is to advise and go along with such a plan. This wrong to impose this referral plan.I object to it and ask that this be stopped.
